I absolutely LOVED this engagement session at Holliday Park in Indianapolis! Lauren and Jacob are some of the sweetest and most fun couples I’ve had the chance to work with. They originally reached out to me to photograph their wedding next June at Kennedy Estate and we were instantly a perfect match! I’m so excited for their wedding and was beyond pumped for their engagement session. Their session was a total joy through and through and they chose the perfect location to celebrate and capture their engagement.

Holliday Park for an Engagement Session

Holliday Park is one of my favorite locations in Indiana for an engagement session for a number of reasons. Not only is it beautiful year round, but it also is rich in history and is never too busy to where you feel like you’re surrounded by people. It’s also only around 7 miles north of downtown Indianapolis so it’s an easy place to travel to for those in and around the city. This all creates the perfect atmosphere and experience for an engagement session! Being able to have your own beautiful gorgeous space to pop champagne, walk and admire the beauty, and celebrate your next chapter of life together all just a short drive from home is something you can’t easily beat!

Lauren and Jacob’s Engagement Session

For Lauren and Jacob’s engagement session we started out near the ruins in Holliday Park which is always such a great experience! The ruins have such a unique history which you can read about here, and make such a beautiful backdrop for photos. We then made our way further into the park frolicking and enjoying some of the natural beauty that Indiana has to offer! Lauren and Jacob are such a fun loving couple and working with them was SUCH a breeze! Later on we popped some champagne to celebrate their engagement and continued exploring the park for the last bit of their session.

This session was so much fun and went by WAY too quickly, I honestly cannot wait until Lauren Jacob and I can all get together again for their wedding in June!
