The wedding day Bri and Matt created together was one filled with moody vibes, happy tears, and THE coolest energy that made each moment feel exciting and inspiring. From their first look and editorial style portraits in the iconic Chicago Athletic Association, to their intimate wedding ceremony and reception in at their stunning venue Celeste, to say I’m obsessed would be a massive understatement! Their First Look and Editorial Portraits at the Chicago Athletic Association

Both Bri and Matt spent the start of their wedding day getting ready in the comfort of one of Chicago’s premiere hotels, the Chicago Athletic Association. Both Matt and Brie took their time getting ready as the anticipation built for their first look. The moment they were waiting for would come soon enough, and WOW was it special! These two practically lit up seeing one another for the first time. Following this, we had some time for some sweet couples portraits inside of the Athletic Association. This space is GORGEOUS, and the perfect backdrop for some moody, editorial style wedding photos! From there we ventured out into the busy streets of Chicago and made our way to Celeste, the venue for the remainder of Bri and Matt’s intimate wedding!

Intimate Wedding Ceremony in Celeste Chicago’s Rooftop Garden

As we arrived at Celeste in Chicago’s historic River North neighborhood, we headed up to the 4th floor where the Rooftop Garden is located. This breathtaking space filled to the brim with lush greenery would be the site for Bri and Matt’s intimate rooftop ceremony. Rooftop weddings in Chicago are always a treat, but here at Celeste it’s a truly unique experience thanks to the greenery found throughout the space. It gives the space a moody, greenhouse vibe, yet also balances that with a level of elegance that is striking to see and document. It’s truly a magical space, and one of four incredible venue options here at Celeste. Bri, Matt, and their loved ones would get to enjoy two more of these spaces, next on our list being the lovely Deco Supper Club which would serve as their cocktail hour space!

An Unforgettable Wedding Reception in Celeste Chicago’s Whiskey Bar

After cocktail hour it was back to the Rooftop Garden for a wonderful dinner catered by Celeste. The vibes were immaculate, and Bri and Matt shared THE sweetest first dance together with their closest loved ones there to support them. Only one thing was left for the night, a trip to the Whiskey Bar on Celeste’s first floor for a night of dancing to celebrate the best wedding day in Chicago. The moody atmosphere, some top notch karaoke, and great times with their favorite people all helped to make this last stop of the night the perfect finale to Bri and Matt’s one of a kind wedding day!

Bri and Matt crafted such an incredible wedding day. The moody, editorial vibes, as well as their commitment to celebrating with their closest friends and family, had me constantly inspired throughout the day!
