Fall Engagement Session at North Avenue Beach | Olivia and Brad

Fall is creeping up on us slowly but surely, and I for one could NOT be more excited! You see, Fall is one of my favorite times of the year for engagement sessions. Between the leaves changing colors, the fall clothes my couples get to wear, and the overall vibe of the session there is SO much to love. While Olivia, Brad, and I didn’t get the full effect of the Fall leaves in their engagement session at North Avenue Beach, the Fall vibes were still impeccable as you’ll see from their gallery!

Olivia and Brad were looking for an iconic view of the Chicago skyline as the backdrop for their Fall engagement session, and for that you really can’t compete with North Avenue beach! The two were dressed to impress in their awesome fall coats for the start of the session. We had a blast along the shores of Lake Michigan with the skyline of the city peeking through the overcast behind them.

Olivia and Brad are both such fun people who love one another deeply, so getting them to loosen up and love on one another was pretty simple, even with the chillier temps! After a quick outfit change we made our way to some nearby trees closer to the city for the last stretch of their photos. While almost all the leaves had fallen from the trees long ago we still made the most of their Fall engagement session and I’m SO happy with how it turned out!

Engagement Sessions at North Avenue Beach

North Ave is one of my all time favorite spots in the city for an engagement session for a variety of reasons. While North Avenue Beach didn’t make my top 5 list for Fall engagement session locations (it was close, but there are honestly TOO many cool spots in the city to choose from), it still remains one of my favorite spots in Chicago for engagement sessions in general. It’s the reason why I wrote an entire blog about planning an engagement session here, and why it made my general list of favorite engagement session locations in the city. Between the incredible views, the close proximity to other awesome spots in Chicago, and how beautiful it is at any time of year, it really is the perfect spot for an engagement session in the Windy City!

I could go on and on about North Avenue Beach and Olivia and Brad’s Fall engagement session there, but then we’d be here all day! So instead I’ll leave you with a couple options.
