Classy Wedding at the Hyatt Regency | Arie and Brett

This past summer I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Arie and Brett’s classy wedding at the Hyatt Regency, and WOW was their wedding day fun! From a bubble exit at their ceremony, to a packed dance floor for the entire evening of their reception I felt as though I was smiling the entire day, and so were Arie and Brett/ Having photographed their engagement session in the past it was so great to see their day come together and capture all the best moments from it for them to look back on for years to come!

Their Ceremony at St Ita

Arie and Brett’s wedding day started at St Ita’s church where their ceremony would take place. With no first look scheduled into their day, the excitement from these two was SKY high! There’s so much anticipation on a wedding day and it just builds and builds until you see one another for the first time.

When it came time for Arie to walk down the aisle, both her and Brett were absolutely beaming with joy! They were both so excited for this moment in their relationship, the point where they begin on the crazy adventure of life together. Seeing their joy for this moment was so special, and looking around at their friends and family gathered with them, you could tell that the feeling was mutual. After that came the bubble exit which was SUCH a highlight to their day! We had some time for family photos before it was time to head to the Hyatt Regency where we’d take wedding party and newlywed portraits before the reception began.

Time to Party!

It’s no secret that wedding receptions are my favorite part of a wedding day! There’s such a fun and exciting energy to them. Everyone is so overjoyed to celebrate the couple’s love for one another, none less so than the couple themselves. Being able to capture this joy has always been a highlight of wedding photography for me, and let me say Arie and Brett’s wedding reception at the Hyatt Regency was no exception!

The night started off calm enough, with some fun entrances, a first dance between the newlyweds, a cake cutting, and finally some hilarious speeches from their loved ones. Once Arie and Brett took the floor to dance with their parents though the real party started. After the parent dances were over the dance floor was FLOODED with people for the entirety of the evening! The Hyatt Regency’s reception space was perfect for their celebration as there was plenty of space for all the evening’s festivities.

Arie, Brett, and their guests all spent their wedding day off on the perfect note, dancing the night away in the Hyatt Regency with nothing but pure joy in their hearts. I’m so happy to have been a part of their wedding day and so glad they chose me to capture these memories for them!
